Replace your Bodywash or Bar with Crystal Resurfacing Soap

We can picture your shower. Its shelves and edges are lined with loofahs, body puffs, body wash, bars of soap, exfoliators…we could go on. Surely, there is a product for every purpose – one to remove dead skin, one for fragrance, one for hydration. Why not find one super product that gets the job done? Try switching to our crystal resurfacing soap, a traditional bar of soap in many ways, but one of the main user compliments is about the convenient handle embedded into the soap. With a no-slip handle, this product is comfortable to use in the bath as well as the shower.

However, the real beauty lies in the fact that it's a one-step overall treatment for the body. The crystals in the solution help to exfoliate and polish the skin, leaving it radiant and glowing and eliminating flakiness. It's perfect for waxed or shaved skin because its exfoliating properties help prevent and cure uncomfortable ingrown hairs. This is a great product to use to prep the skin before using sunless tanners, because the skin will be much more polished and the tanner will go on more evenly.

Crystal resurfacing soap is also extremely hydrating and rejuvenating, so if you have dry skin (which often occurs after shaving, as well) you can definitely benefit from it. A reviewer on TotalBeauty.com said, "No more body wash. I only use this body bar. I now have so much less flakes on my legs."

Whether you use it on its own, or to prepare to use a total body treatment, the difference is something you'll have to see to believe.

Let Personal Microdermabrasion Boost Your Confidence

There are so many reasons a person could be insecure about their skin: it may be dry or oily, have wrinkles, blemishes, acne, dark spots, or it could be any combination of these factors. In any case, the skin is the first thing you notice about a person so having anxiety about its apperance is quite natural. If you want your skin to be as smooth and attractive as ever, and healthy to boot, personal microdermabrasion can help.

People no longer have to face the harsh realities of dry and damaged skin, especially because there are so many ways to keep it firm, toned, and healthy longer. For some, aging on the top layers of the skin could begin as early as their mid-20's, while aging on the deeper layers of the skin won't show for several more decades. Why not address the outer layers with microdermabrasion treatment? It will increase circulation in the treated areas and promote the rejuvenation of new cells. The appearance of sun spots, wrinkles, and other skin damage will be greatly reduced and you will quickly feel much younger.

Acne is another major complaint for people who have self-esteem issues related to their skin. It's as though another blemish appears just as another goes away in an endless cycle, and it can greatly impact a person's desire or ability to interact socially. To truly tackle your acne enemy, you need to combine microdermabrasion with the active ingredients in acne medications. Once you see how smooth, even, and radiant your skin can be, you'll no longer feel anxiety about simple things like going without makeup or having photos taken with your friends.

Having confidence is extremely important, but when you have problematic skin, whether it be on your face, body, or both, gaining self-esteem seems like a mountainous feat. Regardless, everyone deserves to feel good about themselves. Nothing can truly make you feel radiant like seeing the way your skin looks and feels after getting a personal microdermabrasion treatment.

Anti-aging Skin Care Treatments and its Many Benefits

It is true that anti-aging skin care treatments are some of the most heavily advanced and demanded skin-care solutions that exist on today’s market.  There is a fast-growing demand for these products and services as health-based concerns have surged over the past 5 years.  This surge has led to a whole new market of skin care treatments with many companies offering their products, however not all are created equal.  In addition to the differences (mostly minor, but some major) in these types of skin care treatments, they actually have been proven to have many added benefits that go beyond simply helping an aging class of women conceal their aging.

Some of the major benefits that women are experiencing when utilizing such skin care treatments have proven to create a higher level of confidence, increased job-performance, and a downswing in the amount of women who suffer from depression.  Simply concealing and acting to heal one’s imperfections that they experience later in life can have significant impact on the lives of women and those that experience their life around them.

Some products have reached the shelf that are said to increase the amount of estrogen in women.  This boost certainly helps women in a major way as receiving an added amount of the natural hormone only creates a healthier state and a healthier-feeling lifestyle for the woman.

There are also proven statistics that there is a rise in the amount of people that see tremendous benefits and health-benefits to treating with anti-aging skin care treatments.  The Beauty and Personal Care Product Development Event, held at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York, received a 4 percent increase in participation this year representing approximately 16,516 personnel in attendance.  The majority of those in attendance were health and beauty professionals including board-certified dermatologists and representatives from some of the nation’s largest manufactures.

Some women do not take anti-aging as serious as they should.  Signs of aging can actually start showing for women in their early 20s.  This impressive and certainly scary statistic helps to explain why many more people are starting to explore the reasons behind anti-aging skin treatments.  This sudden surge, in addition to the amount of professionals and women that are starting to take anti-aging as more of a priority, make these cosmetic products highly demanded especially in the coming 10 years.

The Basics: Crystal Resurfacing

For a while, chemical and laser peels were the hottest and most effective beauty treatment.  They could drastically reduce fine lines and wrinkles, and reveal a fresh new layer of skin that's almost blemish-free.  These beauty treatments are effective, but they can cost a considerable amount of money.  Some people also claim that they feel discomfort after chemical peels, and after the process the skin is usually somewhat exposed and sensitive.

Microdermabrasion through crystal resurfacing can give you the aesthetic results of a chemical peel without the associated discomfort and sensitivity.   Crystal resurfacing abrades the topmost layer of skin leaving it more supple and vibrant. It is a wonderful alternative or compliment to chemical or laser peels.

Who is it for?

Crystal resurfacing can work for almost anybody; this kind of microdermabrasion treatment can treat an array of skin problems.  Crystal resurfacing is recommended for people of all ages, teenagers and people in their 60's and 70's can all equally benefit from crystal resurfacing.

What can crystal resurfacing do for my skin?

Crystal resurfacing does so much for your skin, the benefits are almost too numerous to mention:

-Deep cleans pores
-Eliminates acne, blackheads and whiteheads,
-Diminishes the signs of aging:
-thinning collagen
-sagging skin
-fine lines
-wrinkles
-Removes scars
-Reduces the appearance of freckles and stretch marks
-Gives skin a softer more youthful and radiant appearance
-Stimulates the elastic tissue beneath the surface of the skin resulting in a healthier and firmer appearance.

How is it done?

Aluminum oxide crystals are commonly used in crystal resurfacing treatments, but other companies have different materials they like to use for their crystals.  The abrasive crystal agents slough dead cells of the skin which helps to drastically reduce wrinkles, hyper pigmentation and discoloration. The process helps to significantly rid the skin of blemishes and rejuvenate skin.

Beauty for All!-The Joy of Personal Microdermabrasion

Microdermabrasion is one of the most effective and simple skin treatments around. When the revolutionary beauty treatment first hit the market in the 1980s people couldn't get enough of it, and after being on the market for a few years the treatment has only managed to improve upon itself. Before people could only receive microdermabrasion treatments in the office of a licensed cosmetologist or dermatologist. Now thanks to advances in the field of dermatology and cosmetology, personal microdermabrasion is now possible.

Professional Work at Home

Microdermabrasion could be viewed as a combination of extreme exfoliation and tame skin resurfacing. Microdermabrasion tools remove dead skin cells from the outer most layer of skin, which is the skin layer that is most affected by wrinkles, fine lines, scaring, acne, and blemishes in general. Today thanks to the improvements made in microdermabrasion, people can perform the process in the comfort of their own homes.

Personal microdermabrasion makes this near miracle beauty treatment accessible for people from all walks of life. Traditional microdermabrasion can cost a considerable amount of money. People have to visit a dermatologist or cosmetologist for each treatment, and paying for all of that professional help can add up very quickly. Instead of paying up to four figures for every treatment, people only have to pay a onetime fee to purchase the kit.

True microdermabrasion at-home use kits shouldn't solely include crèmes and face washes. Many people will be disappointed when they spend a lot of money on a face wash and moisturizer that doesn't deliver the promised results. Your skin will be clean and slightly smoother, but those results can't compare to the ones obtained from true personal microdermabrasion. Effective personal microdermabrasion tools should include not just washes and creams, but also a resurfacing tool. These tools use a combination of powerful corundum crystals and random orbit vibration to remove old skin cells and bring newer, fresher cells to the surface. If you want your skin to look its best find a personal microdermabrasion kit and get the fresh, rejuvenated skin you deserve today.

Expensive Anti-Ageing Facials Can Wreck Your Looks

A report, out this month from the UK Daily Mail, states that expensive chemical peels, facials and other beautifying skin care treatments may have the reverse effect over the long term. Glycolic acid peels, a treatment that takes off the top layer of skin and stimulates collagen production to ‘plump up’ the new skin underneath, may eventually thin out skin and make it less protective of the face. Microdermabrasion, Dr Nick Lowe, director of the Cranley Clinic in London states, may be unsafe if used in salons and spas, where treatments can be more high-powered than increasingly popular at-home skin care treatments. Fortunately for facial customers, spa treatments are far more expensive as well.

The report focused on former model Sophie Anderton who, after years of salon treatments, was left with broken, uneven skin that was slightly lacking in natural color. While many women have used these treatments with no problem, dermatologists say it is best to use them in moderation.

Many women looking to reduce fine lines and conduct minor skin resurfacing have turned to at-home systems to control their own treatment regiments. Dermatologists recommend this method, according to the Daily Mail report. By limiting the number of treatments women use and only employing these methods on certain trouble spots, women can prevent future negative effects of skin care.

Like tanning, women can become addicted to the look they get from certain facial treatments. The combination of these two beauty methods can have negative impacts on the skin. Anti ageing methods make skin sensitive and tanning while using facial products can create uneven lines, veins and acne. Anderton practiced all of these negative implications, reporters say, which is why she experienced these negative impacts.

From age lines to brown sun marks to other blemishes, home skin care treatments have been shown to give the fresh face women are looking for without the expense or the dangers of spa treatments. By targeting only these blemishes and reducing treatments to as-needed at-home treatments, women can get the desired effect from their skin care.
